We’re excited to announce that Nourish Mental Health has officially integrated into Hometown Health System!

You can expect the same great mental health care you’ve come to know, now with access to even more services and resources. Hometown Health System offers mental health care, primary care, and pharmacy services all under one roof, creating a more holistic and comprehensive healthcare experience for our clients.

What You Need to Know

Previous Nourish Mental Health Clients
If you are a previous Nourish Mental Health client, you may continue to access the original Nourish patient portal but will also transition to the new athena portal for future appointments.

New and Existing Clients
New clients and existing clients will now transition to Athena, our new healthcare management system.

​

Telehealth Appointments
If you have a telehealth appointment, you will receive a text message with a link to your appointment shortly before it begins.
